Serrote

We have two new notebook designs in from Serrote in Portugal. They have lovely letterpress covers made from bits of old wood and lead type, and the interior pages are always playful. We received Quadriculado, with a medium-blue grid paper inside, and Toalha de Mesa, which uses that slightly quilted white paper tablecloth/napkin inside - a very clever comment on folks who doodle their ideas at the dinner table. These notebooks are printed in runs of 1500 and 2000, respectively, and are numbered on the back. They are great for paper fanatics, like me...
