Sesame

We've got a few birthday cards from Sesame Letterpress here, in bright colors for spring. These cards are a fine French paper by Jean Rouget and are handprinted in Brooklyn. We're happy to be able to carry so many fine and original cards for our neighbors!

Also here - luxurious Argentinian leather bags, wallets and clutches by Almas. We have chosen strong and simple styles that really highlight the quality and color of the leather. These are a treat for the senses (they smell good too!)

Today is straining toward 50 degrees, and we get a bit more sunlight angling in the window every afternoon...

Mollywood

We have great tees and long-sleeved shirts by Brooklyn designer Mollywood in the shop. Molly hand-embroiders or machine embroiders vignettes on soft and bright tees, they are really unique.

We also have poster hanging bars to accompany the Hanna Werning posters (or any posters you have) - they are a cinch to use, include a nail for hanging, and best of all don't damage your posters or prints. I have 3 sizes and will put them on the website for purchase also.

Cotton handknit Margaret Nicole bags are here in bright spring colors, and Clare Nicolson's dolly bird cushion set in eye-catching bright orange.

Good Things Afoot

Serious Gnome wall hangings were featured in today's Daily Buss column at BussBuss.com. We have these for sale in the online store. Spring means decorating the house! Also, the clothing line Undesigned was in the Gen Art Pulse blog today. Carol's super styles can be seen on Pippi (the mannequin) in the shop window.

Don't miss the Lovely Design journey books now available on the Rare Picks shopping part of the website. These are limited edition and a unique gift for just about anyone.

Yesterday we were at the showrooms finding great new products for fall. Stay tuned!
