Kristen McCloud

Kristen McCloud came by with a batch of very cute new lariats and earrings in her intricate wire-wrapped style. I am working to get these on the website for purchase too. There is a keishi pearl leaf lariat that is a must have.

FYI - 8 new products on Rare Picks. Quantities limited as always!

Camilla Engman

You crave art and we provide. Camilla Engman is a fine artist in Goteborg, Sweden and she has a fondness for bears :) We just got a few of her latest hand-silkscreened and signed prints, they are very charming! See below.

Also, a big thank you to design*sponge for featuring our keyaki tea cups. It was such a surprise I didn't have a ton of stock on hand! Anyway, more teacups are already on the way. The goal for today is to photograph a bunch of new products to satiate your appetite, including keyaki wood sake cups, a bit smaller and slightly different shape but also very nice. I will also shoot more Polli jewelry, since I have many more styles in the store than on the website.

Deadly Squire

I'm back and yes there are so many new things here, I'm drowning in boxes.

- ZN creative arts / enamel earrings
- Deadly Squire / plywood printed trays and sweet sachets
- Highway / more of their great bags
- J Balducci / items from Jenifer's new collection, with hand-sculpted quail and leaves
- Rena Tom / yup, that's me, lots of new jewelry designs
- Vynil / cute wall transfers from France, you can see them on the cover of Elle Decor UK this month
- Polli / tons of new laser-etched jewelry

And I'm out of the following, though I'm trying to get more.

- Jenaer tea glasses
- One Year of White Pages
- Karin Eriksson mint vases

Reminder: 7th Heaven Street Fair, this Sunday, ridiculous sale on men's clothing, some women's clothing, pillows and home decor, etc etc. If you bring me a Steve's Key Lime Pie you get an extra discount :)

Polli Restock

The Polli order is finally here and during transit, I presold most of the succulent earrings. Already! But, I have a couple more. I predict they'll be gone by the weekend. I *also* have new and other great Polli designs so I will work on getting images of those online.

For those of you in San Francisco, there is an opening reception tomorrow (Thursday) from 6-8pm at 1111 8th St for the Artadia Award winners, including a friend, David Huffman. He and some really great artists (see list) will be there so please go, for me.

Today I am at Gen Art and Ariyele is holding down the fort. I am not entirely sure what we'll get in today, but I suspect that some new enamel earrings from ZN Creative Arts are arriving, plus the Vynil wall transfers from Domestic in France. Time to redecorate!

New in Rare Picks: a slightly different Karin Eriksson tealight design, smooth carved wood teacups, and a lovely all-glass teapot. Yes I have a tea obsession!

Reminder: Renegade Craft Brooklyn is this weekend! Over 200 vendors this time, please attend, I'll be there scouting and meeting some of my designers face to face!

Also awesomely cool: Patterns in Design, Art and Architecture released late last year. I'm drooling for this book, pattern is so important right now. At home we're on a campaign to sell off enough books on Amazon to buy a copy...
